 Jack A Poo Testimonials!

My personal favorite picture of a few of  Josie's puppies. These three were from the July 2008 litter.

A few of the people who have taken a puppy home in the past have sent me pictures and notes at times to show the progress of their dog.  We love to see pictures and I share them with you here.

Riley!!

Hey Dan,

Wanted to give you a little update. Libby (we call her Riley) is the most amazing puppy ever. She sleeps through the night and barely cries when we leave. She seems very happy. We can't get enough. I think we're both even more obsessed than we thought we would be. She loves to run. Every night before bed we take her out on her leash and just run around. She is a fast little thing..and even though she is small, it's awfully intimidating having her run full speed after your ankles.

She is a barrel of energy. We're working on disciplining her but it's hard...even when she is being a little terror she cracks us up. She loves playing with me (we just discovered her love of ice cubes and how they slide on our concrete floor tonight) and cuddle up with chris after a long day of playing. She has found a happy home here and we are thrilled to have her. Thank you so much.

It was so hard for us to see this little one go.....please send us some more pics Blake and Christine!

Latest Update!

Dan,

I want to start off by thanking you so much for our amazing puppy.  She has recently turned 8 months old and is doing wonderfully.  Riley is an absolute bundle of energy and at the same time is the sweetest little dog you've ever met.  I think you hit the nail on the head with "Pint Sized Mega Dog".  Riley loves to get out and is extremely social, both with humans and other dogs.  She is especially great around little kids, allowing them to pet her and sometimes giving them a kiss on the cheek. We frequently take Riley on walks around the park or hiking up in the Hollywood Hills, where she is usually dragging us around trying to figure out why we can't keep up with her.  At night after a busy day of playing Riley cuddles up on the couch with us and will sleep in our lap or nestled between us.

Riley has been a fairly easy puppy to train.  She is completely house broken and has been since around Christmas time.  We have never had a problem with her chewing on furniture or destroying anything in the house when we are not around.  As typical with a Jack Russel mix, Riley is very smart and seems to pick up on things very quickly.

Thank you again to you and your family, Dan.  Riley's sweet personality is surely a result of the great way she spent the first two months of her life.

Sassy Lou

Dear Dan, Here is Sassy Lou, she will be 2 years old around
Valentines Day.  Her name fits her to a "T", we love her, she sleeps
under the sheets with us or any place she pleases.  She weighs 11
pounds and is a pint sized mega dog we haven't told her she doesn't
weight 110#.  She has a half acre fenced yard, which she has dug out
of, we did some re-inforcing a foot down.  She is a furious and fast
rodent, squirrel and full size rabbit hunter. Super stubborn, a bit
hard to potty train until just recently.......What a dog she
is....Thanks again, Joyce & John

Joey

I finally uploaded adult pictures of Joey. He's an amazing dog. Sometimes I think he wants to be a person. He loves to cuddle, especially getting rocked like a little baby. He's got the little dog personality though, he loves to be the boss and some things he does you just have to sit and laugh. His new thing is jumping on the chairs or couch and barking out the window, and a few times to many he's ran to fast and missed the chair arm and smacked his head on the floor, but nothing phases him. He's a sweetheart.
Thanks again,
Megan

Sparky

Hi to the Bye family!  Hope all is well with you.  Sparky celebrated his 4 month birthday party recently and had some photos taken with his new gear.  He's doing very good.  He's practicing how to ring a bell when he has to go outside.   He has had all his shots, is healthy, lost some baby teeth & best of all... owns the house.  I just make the payments.  Enjoy the pics.

Bailey

Here are some pics of our sweet Bailey, now six months old. She is pure joy in a little furry bundle, loves to nestle in our laps. Smart and curious, she will stand up on her two back legs when she sees something new she wants to investigate. She has 2 ferret "brothers" and they tumble and play at top speed! She is great with little kids (if they can get thru the initial leaps of excitement) and wakes me up in the morning by putting a pile of her treasures on top of me. Thank you for this crazy, wonderful little dog!

Mitzi

Hello,
We purchased Chicklet (now named Mitzi) in December.  My mother in-law loves her and wants a similar dog.  We checked out your site and found out that you have a new litter.  Can you update with any information on the new litter?

I have attached a picture of Mitzi. She is a great dog.  Very loving and good with the kids. We are very happy that we could add her to our family!
